Responsibilities
- You develop user-centered concepts and designs that combine functionality, aesthetics and simplicity.
- You analyze user behavior, identify needs and translate them into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
- You work closely with product management, development and clients.
- You support the entire design process — from concept through wireframes and prototypes to the final UI design.
- You introduce new ideas, methods and trends to our design practice.
Requirements
- You are a UI/UX expert with a passion for good design and a deep understanding of user needs and digital processes.
- You have several years of experience in UX design, interface design or interaction design.
- You work in a structured, empathetic and solution-oriented way.
- You bring strong communication skills and team spirit — collaborating with developers, product owners and stakeholders.
- You have German language skills at least at B2 level.
