Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van de afdeling bij het garanderen van wettelijke naleving
- Opvragen, verzamelen en up-to-date houden van documentatie bij leveranciers en producenten
- Controleren of producten voldoen aan Europese wetgeving
- Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten rond productinformatie en compliance
- Ondersteunen bij het beheer van stalen: ontvangen en sorteren van leveranciersstalen
- Administratieve ondersteuning binnen Regulatory Affairs processen
- Actief meewerken aan verbeterprojecten binnen de afdeling
- Nauwkeurig beheer van data en rapportering via Excel en ERP-systemen
Requirements
- Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een wetenschappelijke richting (bv. chemie, biologie, voedingstechnologie of gelijkaardig)
- Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en oog voor detail
- Hands-on mentaliteit: je pakt werk zelfstandig aan en maakt er een project van
- Communicatief en professioneel in contact met leveranciers en klanten
- Stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
- Sterke interesse in wetgeving, kwaliteit en productveiligheid
- Nederlands en Engels zijn een must (schriftelijk en mondeling)
- Uitstekende kennis van Excel (zeer belangrijk)
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een grote plus
