Requirements
- Minimum one year experience maintaining commercial pools and spas preferred.
- Able to adjust and balance pool and spa water chemistry.
- Three years’ experience working in a resort preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance.
- Able to solve problems using basic trouble shooting skills.
- Responsible for the safety of him/her self and others.
- Knowledge of SDS, occupational hazards and applicable safety hazards.
- Basic knowledge and handling of pool and spa chemicals.
- Knowledge of basic methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to operate power tools.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with associates, guests, and vendors.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service at all times both internal and external.
- Ability to assist in the maintenance of work orders and chemical records.
- Ability to accomplish tasks within strict deadlines.
- Ability to continually seek improvement in results.
- Basic skill in diagnosing and repair of applicable equipment.
