About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all dining room tables are set and maintained throughout their assigned shift
- Attend to guest’s needs such as water, coffee, tea, or soft drinks
- Work directly with food servers covering stations and assisting as needed in their duties
- Organize, clean and maintain beverage station, side stations and proper storage areas
- Maintain guest focus while performing duties
- Able to properly re-set all tables according to department standards
- Carry trays, dishes, flatware, glassware, tablecloths and napkins to kitchen area
- Properly store soiled linen and dirty dishware
- Deposit all trash and scrap food into garbage/trash cans in kitchen area
- Restock restaurant areas with linen, dishes and silverware
- Clean and check floor area for food under tables
- Follow direction and ask questions for clarifications
- Expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management
- Must be neat, clean and well-groomed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- 1-year of hotel/restaurant busser experience
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with others team members
- Must have Valid Clark County Health Card
