Responsibilities
- Interface with internal clients to ensure the delivery/receipt of documents for due diligence;
- Liaise with the Legal Department to validate contract clauses;
- Participate in meetings to clarify contractual clauses;

- Obtain various certificates and clearances;
- Review property registration records (land registry searches);
- Review corporate documentation;
- Manage contracts within the contract management system.
Requirements
- Experience in contracts, preferably within the retail sector;
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Knowledge of real estate law, due diligence, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
