About the role

• Analista de Contratos Jr supporting due diligence processes and interacting with internal clients. Working within a team focused on contract and legal validations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal clients to ensure the delivery/receipt of documents for due diligence;
• Liaise with the Legal Department to validate contract clauses;
• Participate in meetings to clarify contractual clauses;
• Draft contracts and manage signature processes;
• Obtain various certificates and clearances;
• Review property registration records (land registry searches);
• Review corporate documentation;
• Manage contracts within the contract management system.

Requirements

• Experience in contracts, preferably within the retail sector;
• Bachelor's degree completed;
• Knowledge of real estate law, due diligence, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
