About the role

  • Compensation Analyst assisting with design, implementation, and administration of Key's Shared Services programs. Collaborating with internal and external partners to inform compensation recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the design, implementation, and administration of Key's Shared Services programs
  • Completes job evaluations and benchmarks internal positions
  • Performs annual market pricing reviews
  • Assists with the analysis, design, and implementation of long-term incentive compensation program
  • Analyzes compensation or benefits data to determine trends, anomalies, and gaps

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline (required)
  • 1-3 years HR, Finance or related field with an analytical focus (preferred)
  • Proficient in building Microsoft Excel analysis and graphs
  • Proficient in creating Microsoft Power Point presentations
