- Treasury Analyst assisting Gensler's global treasury operations with cash management and financial analysis. Collaborating with finance teams and managing banking strategies.
Responsibilities
- Produce cash movement recommendations for the Treasury Manager based on your analysis of global cash balances and entity cash requirements
- Prepare daily cash position, ad hoc analysis, and weekly executive reports
- Create cash and credit related accounting entries
- Assist in managing a global purchasing card (P-Card) program
- Open and close bank accounts, update bank signatories, and respond to various bank compliance requests
- Manage Gensler’s global cash forecasting program and contribute new ideas to continue to innovate our models
- Liaise with our key banking partners and vendors to optimize Treasury effectiveness
- Monitor Treasury costs to make recommendations on service changes
- Monitor debt transactions, letters of credit, earned interest, and bank fees
- Execute capitalization and repatriation strategies for our global entities while coordinating with Intercompany, Legal, Tax, and the Treasury Manager
- Conduct international research and partner with our regions on banking strategy, foreign currency issues, contract structuring, and payment acceptance
- Produce client risk analysis reports to determine credit worthiness of our clients for our regional teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or quantitative field
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word
- Advanced beginner/intermediate Excel skill required, Excel modeling skills a plus
- Previous finance experience desired, direct treasury experience is a plus
- Experience with Kyriba or another treasury management system is a plus
- Experience using AI tools is a plus
