About the role
- Regulatory Compliance Specialist ensuring compliance with payment card regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain compliant programs in a fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and controls
- Assist in preparing responses to card network inquiries, audits, and compliance assessments
- Monitor and track updates to Visa and Mastercard network rules
- Partner with product and technology teams
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team
- Assist in identifying trends in dispute and chargeback activity
- Help maintain procedure documentation and job aids
- Support the complaints management process
- Help monitor complaint trends and contribute to periodic reporting
- Assist in reviewing customer-facing disclosures, communications, and marketing materials
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related function
- Foundational knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard operating rules
- Basic familiarity with Regulation E, Regulation Z, and UDAAP principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written communication skills
