Responsibilities
Own end-to-end payroll delivery across India, US, UK, and UAE via third-party providers
Review payroll inputs, perform gross-to-net checks, and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and employment regulations
Manage payroll calendars, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end processes
Act as the primary escalation point for payroll queries
Track visas and work permits and coordinate with immigration partners
Support international relocations and cross-border payroll considerations
Maintain HRIS data integrity and provide payroll and headcount reporting
Partner with Finance on reconciliation, budgeting, and people cost forecasting
Support employment documentation and broader People team administration
Requirements
Significant experience managing multi-country payroll and benefits
Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, tax, and statutory requirements
Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and complex stakeholder groups
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling, international environment
