About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and executing technical processes, analyzing and resolving complex demands;
  • Drive continuous improvement of the department's processes, ensuring they remain up-to-date and competitive;
  • Serve as a technical reference, providing guidance and support to other departments;
  • Work directly with clients, ensuring quality in order processing, sales, and service delivery;
  • Technically execute and manage operational routines in the radiopharmacy units under your responsibility;
  • Execute turnkey assignments as required by direct leadership;
  • Continuously educate clients on RFC processes, aligning expectations and deliverables;
  • Maintain metrics and prepare visit and training reports to ensure traceability;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth of the services provided;

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Pharmacy, preferably with qualification in Radiopharmacy;
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus;
  • Availability to travel as required by operational demand;
  • Technical profile with analytical ability, strong organizational skills, and good communication.
