About the role

Responsibilities
- Organize and file documents related to export processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Issue and validate export documentation (Proforma, Commercial Invoice, AWB, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, DUE and other shipping documents).
- Prepare periodic reports to monitor operations and propose process improvements, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Use ERP systems and computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) for recording, control and analysis of logistical and administrative operations.
- Support the team and related departments in resolving issues and optimizing export processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field.
- Previous experience in import/export roles and administrative support (preferably in a regulated environment).
- Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
