Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale change management and transformation programs across a complex, high-volume workforce
- Act as the integrator of the People Team function for your client group
- Own the human capital strategy for QVC Group's global Supply Chain, Operations, and Fulfillment organization
- Lead, develop, and direct a globally dispersed team of P&O leaders
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Operations leadership team
- Use people analytics and workforce data to diagnose organizational health
- Coach and develop leaders at all levels within your client group
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- demonstrated success supporting large, complex, operationally intensive client groups
- experience partnering with senior operations or supply chain leaders
- proven ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
- deep expertise across core HR disciplines
- strong analytical mindset
- experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing supply chain operations is a plus
- exposure to global or multi-market HR partnerships
- experience with Workday HRIS preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification a plus
