Trade Marketing Analyst role focusing on promotional calendar management and data analysis at Alpargatas. Collaborating with teams to drive marketing effectiveness in retail environments.
Responsibilities
Support for the promotional calendar (anniversaries, Black Friday, summer, Carnival, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, year-end, collection changes).
Management of display placements | effectiveness analyses | ROI.
Alignment with the Execution team on POS display roll-out (MPDV).
JBP (Joint Business Plan) | preparation of the annual plan and monitoring of results.
Management of POS materials (MPDV) | creation and deployment — coordination with visibility and execution teams and identification of in-store opportunities. In-store checks of POS materials and replacements.
Budget management | monitoring of expense substantiation.
Interface with Execution, Sales, Marketing and Visibility teams.
Commercial meeting routines including preparation of one-pagers, and management of off-plan/out-of-shelf issues.
Field routines: competitor monitoring | improvement initiatives | opportunity mapping.
Management of trade logistics operator | trade budget oversight.
Management of promotional items/giveaways | briefing and deliveries.
Performance analyses/insights for key customers (Scanntech, Nielsen, MTrix, Neogrid).
Updating JBP data and tracking the evolution of proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Experience in Trade Marketing (preferably in direct food retail).
Knowledge of KPI management and data analysis tools.
Experience preparing JBPs.
Strong analytical ability to turn data into strategic opportunities.
Advanced Excel and presentation (PowerPoint) skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect positively with teams and clients.
Good communication and a positive attitude.
Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
