About the role

  • Portfolio Analyst managing client service programs in healthcare with financial data analysis and contract management. Fostering collaboration with various operational teams within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Finance, Contracts Management, Service Operations, and Field Operations teams to support existing clients' service programs
  • Reviews and adjusts contract structures
  • Conducts research, analysis, and pricing of new services
  • Creates client budgets and generates financial sales support materials
  • Supports the management of customer contracts
  • Interacts frequently with operational management to define, analyze and build the service program
  • May present recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional client services role
  • Experience in performing financial or data analysis and assessments
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Access skills desired
  • Ability to work both solo and in a collaborative team format
  • Ability to create and manage a project plan and a project team
  • High attention to detail with strong drive for accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects
  • Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
  • Associates degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Preference to Finance, Math, Business, Economics, or demonstrable analytical field.
