Responsibilities
- Support Business Units (BUs) in strategic decision-making through analyses, report preparation, financial monitoring, and leadership of FP&A activities.
- Provide analytical support and collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure efficient execution of financial processes.
- Lead the team responsible for the financial management of a business unit (Topline through EBITDA), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, guiding the team in performance analysis.
- Lead the forecasting and financial planning process, promoting alignment with corporate targets.
- Prepare and present documentation for internal meetings and senior management.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational and business decisions, including initiatives specific to the Brazil BU.
- Develop the team's capabilities, fostering a learning environment and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- MBA or CPA certification considered a plus.
- Advanced/Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
- Proficiency in financial planning systems and analytical tools.
- Experience in FP&A focused on global business units or specific segments.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly in international contexts.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial analyses to decision-makers across regions.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, with emphasis on supervising and coordinating global activities.
