About the role

  • Financial Analyst supporting business units with strategic analyses and financial reports. Collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure efficient execution of financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Units (BUs) in strategic decision-making through analyses, report preparation, financial monitoring, and leadership of FP&A activities.
  • Provide analytical support and collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure efficient execution of financial processes.
  • Lead the team responsible for the financial management of a business unit (Topline through EBITDA), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, guiding the team in performance analysis.
  • Lead the forecasting and financial planning process, promoting alignment with corporate targets.
  • Prepare and present documentation for internal meetings and senior management.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational and business decisions, including initiatives specific to the Brazil BU.
  • Develop the team's capabilities, fostering a learning environment and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • MBA or CPA certification considered a plus.
  • Advanced/Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
  • Proficiency in financial planning systems and analytical tools.
  • Experience in FP&A focused on global business units or specific segments.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly in international contexts.
  • Experience preparing and presenting financial analyses to decision-makers across regions.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, with emphasis on supervising and coordinating global activities.
