Responsibilities
Support Business Units (BUs) in strategic decision-making through analyses, report preparation, financial monitoring, and leadership of FP&A activities.
Provide analytical support and collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure efficient execution of financial processes.
Lead the team responsible for the financial management of a business unit (Topline through EBITDA), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, guiding the team in performance analysis.
Lead the forecasting and financial planning process, promoting alignment with corporate targets.
Prepare and present documentation for internal meetings and senior management.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational and business decisions, including initiatives specific to the Brazil BU.
Develop the team's capabilities, fostering a learning environment and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
MBA or CPA certification considered a plus.
Advanced/Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
Proficiency in financial planning systems and analytical tools.
Experience in FP&A focused on global business units or specific segments.
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly in international contexts.
Experience preparing and presenting financial analyses to decision-makers across regions.
Leadership and teamwork skills, with emphasis on supervising and coordinating global activities.
