About the role

  • Leader in global brand and communications strategy for Havaianas, overseeing brand equity growth and creative campaigns. Collaborating with regional teams to ensure global consistency and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define, orchestrate and ensure the strategic consistency of the brand at a global scale, ensuring its vision, positioning and expression are coherent across all markets and touchpoints.
  • Serve as the guardian of global brand fundamentals, developing and evolving strategic assets — such as the brand book, positioning statements, visual guidelines and social media guidelines — that guide regional teams and ensure excellence in global execution.
  • Lead the annual global brand campaign, aligning it with corporate strategic pillars, growth priorities and the needs of key markets, applying creative management, narrative coherence and maximizing the brand's global resonance.
  • Lead 360° launches connected to the innovation pipeline, ensuring each launch conveys the brand spirit, creates competitive differentiation and contributes to solid financial results.
  • Define and drive the global sustainability strategy, integrating responsible practices into the brand positioning and its manifestations in the global market.
  • Lead global brand governance, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and strengthening the build-up of brand equity in both the short and long term.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in global brand-building environments
  • Preferably training or qualifications that strengthen brand-building skills in today's fast-changing relationships between brands and consumers, especially in digital
  • Fluent English.
