About the role
- Intern supporting the communication strategy of 'Les entreprises s'engagent', a community for inclusive and sustainable enterprise actions. Involves strategy development, content creation, and event support.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the Community's editorial strategy
- Maintain and update the website by proposing and writing articles
- Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter
- Draft various materials: brochure, guide, press release, press kit, etc.
- Contribute to the development of the Community's digital strategy and adapt it for each social network
- Contribute to the content calendar
- Create impactful posts and publications
- Produce visuals and graphics
- Manage and engage the Community's different online communities
- Support the organization of mobilization and institutional events
- Support media relations management
- Assist with launching new corporate engagement themes around “working differently” and on quality of life and working conditions
- Support the monitoring and development of institutional relations: monitoring, preparing briefing notes, and coordinating with public and institutional partners.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Master's level or equivalent) in communications, public affairs, political science, or a related discipline
- Excellent writing skills
- Familiarity with design and content-creation tools (Canva, video editing software, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of current affairs and knowledge of public policy issues
- Creative, responsive, autonomous, and versatile
- Familiarity with corporate engagement/CSR topics is a plus.
