About the role
- Lead Shopify-based e‑commerce operations and integration projects. Drive continuous improvements in customer journey, conversion and retention using data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage e‑commerce operations on the Shopify platform, ensuring stability, scalability and a high-quality user experience.
- Lead integration projects with ERP, CRM, OMS and digital marketing tools.
- Define and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the customer journey, conversion and retention.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating commercial requirements into digital solutions.
- Monitor performance KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, CAC, LTV) and propose data-driven actions.
- Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) and digital security best practices.
- Manage partners, vendors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing e‑commerce on Shopify.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Knowledge of integration architectures (APIs, middleware, ERP, OMS).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Understanding of SEO, UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Basic front‑end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, Liquid) for platform adjustments.
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and observability tools.
