About the role

  • Technical Solutions Specialist in the IVD field providing support for medical laboratory products. Involves troubleshooting customer inquiries and collaborating with teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage customer complaints and inquiries related to chemistry, equipment, and software, in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations.
  • Maintain technical skills, knowledge of company procedures, and strong customer-facing interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Attend meetings with subsidiaries, either on-site or via conference call.

Requirements

  • Certification or training as a medical laboratory, biomedical, technical, or life sciences technician; experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory is a plus.
  • Degree in one of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Biology, Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of computer networking is a plus.
  • Willingness to become an expert in new technologies.
  • Passion for communication and customer service.
  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish. English is an asset.
  • This position is currently not eligible for visa/work permit sponsorship.
