Technical Solutions Specialist in the IVD field providing support for medical laboratory products. Involves troubleshooting customer inquiries and collaborating with teams in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage customer complaints and inquiries related to chemistry, equipment, and software, in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Maintain technical skills, knowledge of company procedures, and strong customer-facing interpersonal skills.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Contribute to process improvements.
Attend meetings with subsidiaries, either on-site or via conference call.
Requirements
Certification or training as a medical laboratory, biomedical, technical, or life sciences technician; experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory is a plus.
Degree in one of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Biology, Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.
Knowledge of computer networking is a plus.
Willingness to become an expert in new technologies.
Passion for communication and customer service.
Fluency in Italian and Spanish. English is an asset.
