Responsibilities
Work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs
Design high-level secure network architectures
Ensure our quantum products are integrated effectively
Collaborate directly with customers, partners, and integrators to align on technical concepts and translate these into concrete solution designs
Capture detailed customer feedback, pain points, and functional requirements
Work with the product and R&D teams to evolve our offering based on field input
Identify patterns across use cases and recommend roadmap adjustments
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution architect role
Strong understanding of IT security, cryptographic concepts, and enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, PKI, etc.)
Familiarity with secure communication architectures and network design principles
Strong communication skills in German and English, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences
Ability to work across teams, align diverse stakeholders, and simplify complexity
Experience working with critical infrastructure, telecoms, or public sector clients is a plus
Bonus: familiarity with quantum technologies or interest in learning fast.
