About the role

  • Sales Leader driving AI and data and migration services within AWS clients’ ecosystems. Requires deep expertise in the Bio/Life Science industry and involvement with Fortune 2000 clients.

  • Own the global Bio/Life Science pipeline - strategically balance quick wins with transformational long-term contracts across multiple regions
  • Master the art of expansion selling - turn every delivery success into cross-sell and up-sell goldmines
  • Orchestrate seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs that exceed client expectations and fuel referral engines
  • Design bespoke AI-powered solutions that solve critical Bio/Life Science challenges and command premium pricing
  • Control the entire engagement lifecycle from SOW crafting to delivery oversight, ensuring client satisfaction drives contract renewals
  • Partner strategically with AWS Business Unit Leadership to unlock exclusive opportunities and co-selling advantages
  • Mobilize Quantiphi's global expertise to deliver world-class outcomes that become case studies for future sales
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives that revolutionize Bio/Life Science operations through cutting-edge AI technologies
  • Create measurable business value that justifies investment and positions Quantiphi for long-term strategic partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consultative selling to clients of AWS and/ or to Azure, and to GCP clients
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling Cloud and/ or AI, Data, and similar Technology services/solutions to Bio/Life Science sector
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex six- and seven-figure services engagements within F2000 accounts
  • Strong record of C-level relationships, with the ability to influence senior Bio/Life Science stakeholders and build credibility as a strategic partner in highly competitive environments
  • Lead full lifecycle of AI projects including solution design, scoping, estimation, pricing, and SoW signature
  • Excellent understanding of modern Bio/Life Science IT architectures, technology strategy, and digital transformation programs specific to this sector
  • "Ownership mindset" with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach to solving Bio/Life Science industry challenges.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate with Quantiphi's Enablement functions and Delivery Tech teams across the globe.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working for/in a top tier technology Professional Services firm
  • Familiarity with Bio/Life Science specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Background in data science or machine learning engineering
  • Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations
  • Experience in selling and/or managing Data / Platform / Analytics / AI /ML type solutions
  • Experience in managing contractual lifecycles including negotiating MSAs, SoWs and commercial constructs.
