About the role

  • Mid-Market Account Executive managing sales cycles with top insurance brokerages. Driving enterprise sales growth while collaborating closely with leadership to increase annual revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Run the complete sales cycle with the biggest and best insurance brokerages and agencies across North America
  • Work alongside VP Sales and CEO to build Enterprise sales function
  • Achieve goal of increasing annual recurring revenue by 3X in 2026
  • Thrive in complex, enterprise Sales environments
  • Closely collaborate with BDR team to support sales efforts

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Account Executive experience
  • Proven track record of selling six figure deals
  • Comfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep understanding of sales fundamentals
  • Previous sales experience in a venture-backed startup valued
  • Experience in the insurance industry, specifically in the broker channel valued
