Responsibilities
Lead teams to deliver industry-leading work by utilising knowledge of social-first strategy and output
Develop the appropriate strategy and output for each client
Ensure account decisions are guided by strategy
Inspire account teams to deliver best work
Own senior client relationship development and communicate value
Create and deliver effective account plans that include client insight and reporting
Lead pitches, proposals, and scope for additional work
Communicate business and marketing plans with stakeholders
Organise key calls, meetings, and reviews
Ensure accurate delivery of scope of work using time tracking
Resolve any scope or resourcing issues
Contribute to winning new business through pitches and proposals
Requirements
4+ years experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
Good understanding of social-first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management)
Good understanding of project management principles
Experience in the commercial running of account work
Proven track record of retaining, developing and growing accounts
Passionate about improving client experience and relationship development
Experience working with global brands, ideally in FMCG
