Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to support an executive director with multiple areas of responsibility
- Serve as a trusted advisor
- Operate with discretion on sensitive matters
- Provide oversight of actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management

- Coordinate across the CIO’s leadership team
- Provide coaching and direction to the Executive Director Chiefs of Staff

- Produce clear, timely business performance updates and executive scorecards
- Maintain dashboards and executive metrics
- Translate complex data into concise, actionable narratives
- Act as a strategic partner
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Support development and vetting of multi-year business cases
- Monitor budget-to-actuals
- Coordinate workforce and resourcing requests
- Prepare executive communications
- Facilitate regional leadership meetings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Information Technology, Digital, or Aerospace environment
- 5+ years of experience with program and/or portfolio delivery
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs
- 5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
- 5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
