About the role

  • Regional Sales Director managing a team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers. Responsible for driving revenue growth and developing customer relationships for a leading security solutions provider.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop the TAM team to assure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity space
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to grow revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience in cybersecurity sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
