Responsibilities
Manage implementation of ITSM tools and asset control (Automatos).
Manage deployment of automations and operational improvements.
Lead process audit activities across the various processes implemented by the company.
Prepare reports, monitor corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformities, and participate in improvement projects.
Monitor business process performance, identifying and assessing nonconformities and their impacts on processes and customers.
Analyze and propose necessary changes to various IT control processes to correct or prevent issues and ensure compliance with specified requirements.
Prepare and conduct internal audits in the production process to ensure quality effectiveness in the processes.
Draft audit reports to identify conformities and nonconformities in processes.
Follow up and validate implemented corrective/preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of process maintenance relative to procedures and quality requirements.
Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate process audit results and provide guidance on activities related to filling out action plans to ensure compliance with established procedural requirements.
Prepare or review documents or records related to Quality support areas.
Act as a knowledge multiplier by providing technical support to peers.
Research new technologies and processes related to the area by participating in studies to foster development of new technical competencies.
Verify whether documents have been created or revised, approving or rejecting documents in the system according to established criteria to ensure they meet the standardization defined by the Quality Management System.
Review calibration certificates to ensure they meet defined criteria and that certificate records comply with process and certification requirements.
Ensure that controls over activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and LGPD requirements.
