About the role

  • Finance Transformation Specialist at Qualco Group supporting finance transformation initiatives and collaborating with finance teams. Analyzing processes and improving efficiency across finance operations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of finance transformation initiatives across core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Perform, Treasury Management).
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of finance transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify improvement opportunities related to efficiency, scalability, controls, and decision support.
  • Analyze current-state finance processes and support the design of future-state processes and target operating models.
  • Support process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives, applying best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Assist in defining KPIs, performance metrics, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with the internal ERP specialist and the external partners to support the translation of finance requirements into system solutions.
  • Support testing, user adoption, documentation, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Support governance of and project manage transformation programs, including tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and progress.
  • Prepare analysis, presentations, dashboards, and materials for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance consulting, or finance roles with a strong improvement or change focus.
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes and financial controls.
  • Experience supporting process redesign, operating model changes, or finance systems initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation environments preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms preferred.
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc) are an advantage.
