Responsibilities
- Lead local B2B activity: recruit, onboard and manage agency partners and local B2B Account Managers
- Monitor day-to-day operations using application trackers and CRM to improve conversion
- Ensure high-quality counselling and application support for B2C/student enrolment
- Represent QS at recruitment fairs, school visits, workshops, and stakeholder events
- Maintain accurate records for programs, scholarships, and ensure data quality in CRM
- Provide market insight and feedback to inform strategy
- Manage local operational budgets and report on ROI
- Coordinate with regional B2C teams, global product and admissions teams
- Any other duties that fall within the purpose and scope of the role
Requirements
- Proven ability to set and deliver revenue and enrolment targets in international education
- Experience managing agency networks or enrolment teams
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership capability: team building and coaching
- Strong project and programme management skills
- Data literate; comfortable using CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
- Knowledge of admissions and visa processes for key destinations is desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; master’s degree is advantageous
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous
