Responsibilities
Lead local B2B activity: recruit, onboard and manage agency partners and local B2B Account Managers
Monitor day-to-day operations using application trackers and CRM to improve conversion
Ensure high-quality counselling and application support for B2C/student enrolment
Represent QS at recruitment fairs, school visits, workshops, and stakeholder events
Maintain accurate records for programs, scholarships, and ensure data quality in CRM
Provide market insight and feedback to inform strategy
Manage local operational budgets and report on ROI
Coordinate with regional B2C teams, global product and admissions teams
Any other duties that fall within the purpose and scope of the role
Requirements
Proven ability to set and deliver revenue and enrolment targets in international education
Experience managing agency networks or enrolment teams
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership capability: team building and coaching
Strong project and programme management skills
Data literate; comfortable using CRM systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
Knowledge of admissions and visa processes for key destinations is desirable
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; master’s degree is advantageous
Willingness to travel within the region
Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous
