About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels using Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy and prevent stockouts across our European markets.
- Support internal stakeholders with purchase requests, reconcile quotes with invoices, and follow up on order placements and deliveries.
- Resolve delivery issues and manage client/provider discrepancies efficiently by coordinating directly with external partners.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, recommend efficiency improvements, and support cost-optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain workflows to document and scale our logistics processes.
Requirements
- M1 student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or another highly analytical field.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Structured mindset with exceptional attention to detail; comfortable with operational follow-up and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency with data and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets); experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Proactive, rigorous, and motivated to improve processes, especially when resolving delivery issues or addressing bottlenecks.
