About the role
- Digital Distribution Manager optimizing e-commerce channels for hospitality company. Collaborating with hotels to enhance online presence and drive revenue through digital strategies.
Responsibilities
- Management and optimization of digital distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct sales)
- Maintenance and development of channel manager and booking systems
- Active acquisition through digital sourcing
- Analysis of market, competitor and performance data to increase revenue
- Close collaboration with Revenue Management and individual hotels
- Ensuring optimal presentation of the hotels across all online platforms
- Management of rates, availability and content across all channels
- Identification of new distribution opportunities and digital trends
- Support in implementing new systems and processes
- Training hotel teams in digital distribution
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years' experience in e-commerce, distribution or revenue management (preferably in hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of channel managers, PMS and booking systems
- Analytical mindset with a structured and independent way of working
- High affinity for digital tools and data analysis
- On-site presence once a week at our headquarters in Ludwigsburg
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-location teams
- Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally to our hotels
- Experience working with remote structures is an advantage
