About the role

  • Define and lead Qonto’s CRM strategy dedicated to Accountant Partners. Contribute to lifecycle framework and orchestrate omnichannel communications across 8 markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Qonto’s end-to-end CRM strategy dedicated to Accountant Partners.
  • Contribute to defining and evolving the Accountants lifecycle framework in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of one-shot and automated campaigns across 8 markets, focusing on testing, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Clean, enrich, and segment the accountant database and set up robust performance reporting across all digital channels.
  • Identify, implement and optimize the marketing automation tooling to ensure a scalable setup across markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS scale-ups or the Fintech industry.
  • Experience with Accountant audiences and/or Partner ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with PRM tools (Partnerstack, Salesforce Community) and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable setting up reporting and interpreting performance to drive concrete improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams (Sales, Ops, Product) to align on tiering and segmentation strategies.
  • Fluent in English and capable of working in an international environment.
