Responsibilities
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to implement new formulation, new processes into manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth transition and adherence to timelines.
- Lead the development and optimization of new product processes, including formulation, curing techniques and slitting, to meet product specifications and quality requirements.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate manufacture processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality enhancement.
- Provide technical expertise and support to production teams for troubleshooting process issues, resolving equipment failures, and addressing quality concerns related to manufacture processes.
- Collaborate with research and development, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment of manufacture processes with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols governing manufacture processes, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and quality metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate performance and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with specific expertise in dry film, coating, precision coating or FCCL technology preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to filtration, web handling, coating and slitting process
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process optimization.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present technical information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good English communication capability.
