About the role

  • Performance Marketing Executive planning and optimizing online marketing campaigns for Q Communications. Collaborating with senior members to drive conversions across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to engage audiences and drive account growth.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends, audit performance and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Strategic competitor analysis using tools such as the ads library and google transparency center.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
  • Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments across teams such as social media, content, and PR.
  • Assist in deploying successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from ideation to execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
  • Proven experience up to 2 years in performance/ digital marketing.
  • Extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at technology companies.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and other media buying channels.
  • Understanding of analytics and current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to set up and manage conversion tracking using tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), CMS web-analytics, attribution models, and marketing dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.) and PowerPoint for performance reporting.
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong campaign ideation abilities.
