Work with the Motor Pricing Data Science lead and build strong relationships with Motor underwriters working in the London market, rest of UK, and Canada.
Be responsible for the on-going development of Motor models used by the various Motor underwriting teams.
Work on the case pricing of larger risks and DUAs.
Fuse new data science techniques with traditional pricing methods to help form a market leading team of pricing data science professionals.
Provide support and guidance to junior members of the Motor Pricing Data Science team.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience of working in General Insurance and experience within London Markets is preferred
Pricing experience, particularly within Motor, is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Willingness and desire to learn new skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Experience in using Excel, Python, R, SQL or other programming languages
