Responsibilities
You independently manage our contract customers in the services area (smoke detectors, drinking water hygiene and measurement services) in day-to-day operations using our ERP and ticketing system — friendly, reliable and with a good understanding of their concerns.
You build and maintain long-term customer relationships — not out of obligation, but because you enjoy working with people.
You ensure internal processes run smoothly: coordinating workflows and collaborating with field service and our specialist departments on data management, billing and service inquiries, and appointment planning.
You actively contribute ideas to improve our processes and services, making them better, simpler, and more customer-friendly.
Requirements
Some experience in customer service or account management — ideally in the services sector.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and genuine interest in the people you interact with.
You work independently and in a structured way, and remain calm under pressure.
Confident user of Office applications; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
