About the role
- Senior Manager SAP Finance driving client transformations in various sectors. Leading significant projects and optimizing processes while collaborating with prestigious clients in France.
Responsibilities
- Assignments in our strategic sectors with our long-standing clients in France and abroad, in particular: Retail & Consumer, Energy & Utilities, and Aerospace & Defense;
- Interventions at the heart of major transformation and process optimization projects such as: defining the target architecture/roadmap, supporting tool selection, assessing migration strategies to S/4HANA, and designing and implementing S/4HANA Core Models;
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university;
- More than 9 years' experience in consulting with a major impact in managing large-scale projects;
- Participation in at least 5 end-to-end projects (AMOA or MOE — business/functional and technical/implementation roles) where you supervised and upskilled at least 5 resources;
- Strong mastery of migration methodologies to S/4HANA (Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition);
- A clear understanding of SAP’s strategy and product offerings;
- Generalist finance business expertise with a focus in either: • Financial Accounting / Multi-GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP / Fixed Assets Accounting; or • Industrial Management Accounting / Budgeting / Planning / Investment;
- SAP ERP solution skills with a focus in either: • FI (AP, AR, AA, New GL, Parallel Ledger, Tax Compliance ACR); or • CO (OM, PA, PC) (PS and IM are a plus);
- Understanding and mastery of end-to-end flows and integration challenges with related processes;
- Active contribution to business development;
- Participation in team life: facilitation, recruitment, technology watch, offer development, project methodology, etc.;
- Strong written and spoken English.
