About the role

  • Finance Manager responsible for financial oversight in Western Europe cluster. Leading a team and ensuring compliance of financial reporting across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of five (3 accounting clerks, 2 credit controllers).
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tax, legal, and credit management activities within the cluster.
  • Contribute to project design, coordinate central and local stakeholders, and drive the harmonization of financial processes.

Requirements

  • Qualified and experienced in accounting, tax, and legal matters in an international context.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working in a multinational, multilingual environment, preferably within the Benelux and France.
