Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex public sector or defence programmes
- Deep knowledge of the Transport market, Infrastructure market and/or central government
- Experience leading the development of business cases in line with HMT Green Book principles
- An Economics Degree (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
