Responsibilities

  • Manage consulting engagements involving partnership M&A, private equity, and post-deal integration
  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver top-quality results
  • Oversee client service accounts and drive assigned client engagement workstreams
  • Independently solve and analyze complex problems
  • Utilize team strengths and manage performance to meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities while adopting technology and innovation
  • Assure projects are planned, budgeted, executed, and completed successfully
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management
  • 4 years of experience
  • CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
