About the role

  • Lead Business Analyst overseeing the business analysis team at PwC, ensuring alignment of business needs and technical solutions for AI capability uplifts. Collaborating with stakeholders and guiding project planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the business analysis team, establishing and maintaining consistency, delivery excellence, and uplift in BA capability.
  • Define and standardise business analysis processes, frameworks, and documentation practices to ensure high‑quality, repeatable outcomes.
  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of detailed business requirements, including feasibility studies, impact assessments, and process/workflow modelling.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, resolving dependencies and guiding project planning and execution.
  • Conduct systems, capability, and operational research to inform solution design and decision‑making.
  • Design, plan, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate requirements and ensure readiness for implementation.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and working groups to drive understanding, support AI‑enabled redesign, and ensure shared ownership of transformation outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by simplifying complex concepts, clearly communicating risks, and championing a human‑centred, transparent approach to AI‑driven change.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, providing guidance, direction, and expert advice to influence outcomes across teams and business units without direct people management.
  • Advanced business analysis expertise, including requirements elicitation, process modelling, workflow design, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence vertically and horizontally to drive strategic, BU‑level outcomes.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance, simplify complex concepts, and support decision‑making across diverse technical and operational groups.
  • Experienced in leading large, high‑impact initiatives, shaping long‑term strategic objectives, and ensuring alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and operational readiness.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, monitor spend and support broader business unit priorities and strategic planning.
