Proven experience in partnering with L&D, Talent, Workforce and Culture CoEs.
Data fluency and experience leveraging people analytics and approved AI-enabled insights.
Knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR.
Executive presence, consulting skills, and ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
Collaborative mindset with proven experience working across Centres of Excellence and shared service delivery models.
Knowledge of the Australian employment landscape and governance requirements.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner with Finance on budgets, workforce costs, and ROI.
