About the role

Responsibilities
- Organize, execute, manage, and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team.
- Conduct necessary reviews, analyze the client’s finance processes, and consult with the client and project team to ensure the.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Document the business requirements, expressing what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- End-to-end management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
- Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Microsoft D365 with expertise in implementing the Supply Chain modules.
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations.
- Bachelor and/or Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications; MB-310 is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement/consulting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, and able to document system requirements and functional design.
- Able to work independently and as part of a global team and demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Natural learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.
