Requirements

  • Identifying discrepancies in the accounts with the ability to resolve them independently before the final review.

  • Acting as the lead for our US entity, managing the relationship with our Registered Agent to ensure we are US compliant across all active states.
  • **Process Simplification, Automation & AI Integration**
  • Evaluating the current accounting workflows to identify efficiencies and implement AI-driven automation, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Acting as a mentor to members of the team, reviewing work and guiding their technical development.
  • Implementing"best practice" controls to ensure the finance function can scale alongside the business.
  • **Working Capital & Communication**
  • Supporting cash management to ensure healthy cash flow across all business entities.
  • Maintaining a "no-surprises" environment through proactive communication, especially during remote working days.
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation, contributing to finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • **Who you are**
  • **Experience:** Our ideal candidate is a technically grounded Accountant (part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or QBE) with solid management accounting experience in a SME environment or similar.
  • **Flexibility:** Operates at their best in a changeable, fast-paced global technology business, whilst developing processes that drive consistency and efficiency.
  • **An Investigative Mindset:** You are a natural Problem Solver who doesn’t wait for instruction. You investigate the root cause, present a solution, and see it through to completion, taking pride in your work.
  • **Attention to Detail:** You have a natural instinct for spotting anomalies in the data.
