Responsibilities
Oversee and optimise the performance of suppliers and audience builder panels to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting regional Managing Directors (UK/EU/US) in strategic partnerships, rebate management, and supplier evaluations.
Monitor and report on supplier usage, quality, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure internal processes and supplier engagement protocols are consistently followed and documented.
Maintain and update supplier-related documentation, including approved vendor lists, platform access, and operational guidelines.
Coordinate training for supplier platforms to ensure internal teams are confident and compliant in their use.
Coordinate and support the design, delivery, and administration of learning initiatives that strengthen the technical, analytical, and professional capabilities of teams.
Manage learning schedules, materials, and records to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Support the development and communication of company-wide learning resources and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Use digital tools and data insights to monitor participation, track learning progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Champion a culture of learning and professional growth across the organisation.
Requirements
Experience in supplier management, vendor operations, or procurement coordination in the Market Research Industry.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Passion for learning and development, with the ability to coordinate engaging training experiences.
Confident communicator, capable of working with multiple stakeholders and departments.
Proficiency with digital platforms, reporting tools, and learning management systems.
