About the role

• Learning and Supplier Operations Coordinator for Pureprofile overseeing supplier operations and coordinating learning initiatives. Ensuring effective project delivery and supporting employee capability development across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise the performance of suppliers and audience builder panels to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting regional Managing Directors (UK/EU/US) in strategic partnerships, rebate management, and supplier evaluations.
• Monitor and report on supplier usage, quality, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure internal processes and supplier engagement protocols are consistently followed and documented.
• Maintain and update supplier-related documentation, including approved vendor lists, platform access, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate training for supplier platforms to ensure internal teams are confident and compliant in their use.
• Coordinate and support the design, delivery, and administration of learning initiatives that strengthen the technical, analytical, and professional capabilities of teams.
• Manage learning schedules, materials, and records to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Support the development and communication of company-wide learning resources and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Use digital tools and data insights to monitor participation, track learning progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Champion a culture of learning and professional growth across the organisation.

Requirements

• Experience in supplier management, vendor operations, or procurement coordination in the Market Research Industry.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for learning and development, with the ability to coordinate engaging training experiences.
• Confident communicator, capable of working with multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, reporting tools, and learning management systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
