Responsibilities
Managing, coordinating, and maintaining all contractual and administrative aspects of service delivery projects
Ensuring contract obligations are met, documentation is accurate, and project operations run smoothly
Reviewing, interpreting, and maintaining contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and project deliverables
Monitoring contract obligations, service levels, KPIs, and milestones to ensure full compliance
Preparing project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking aligned to contract terms
Tracking contract dates, renewals, extensions, and closeouts
Maintaining accurate and organized contract and project documentation
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
2–5 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, or IT services administration (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting IT professional services, managed services, or government contracts is an asset
Strong understanding of contract terminology, SOW structures, and project delivery frameworks
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and document repositories
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of procurement processes, invoicing, or financial tracking is beneficial
