Responsibilities
Performs standard work in support of department needs
Duties may include data and records management, conducting, analyzing and researching information, project support, and working directly with customers
Supports emergency response operations when needed
Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities
Promotes and supports a culture of total safety

Performs various tasks in support of department needs using applications and tools specific to job assignments and discipline
Requirements
High School graduate with technical field experience or drafting certificate or equivalent experience
Effective communication and organizational skills
Proficient with PC software
Utility experience, knowledge of subject matter within assigned area of focus
Experience working with both internal and external customers
Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team to drive results
Demonstrated attention to detail, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
Experience using a variety of business applications and analysis tools such as Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word, Power BI, and SAP Modules
