Responsibilities
Lead or co-lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with transparency and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners
Develop and execute strategic projects working closely with the business’ Chief of Staff
Manage end-to-end reinsurance transactions—from assessment through structuring and implementation—focused on pricing optimization, capital efficiency, and transaction effectiveness
Design and implement structured approaches for strategic planning, execution, and risk management to drive business objectives
Provide expertise on growth strategies, reinsurance constructs, and transaction mechanics to inform decision-making and execution
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate challenges and drive strategic success
Champion business agility by integrating agile practices, streamlining processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration
Identify and implement process improvements using AI technologies to modernize operations and foster continuous innovation.
Requirements
5–7 years in retirement-focused financial services preferred; strong preference for annuity and reinsurance experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels
Skilled in balancing traditional (Waterfall) and modern (Agile) methodologies to accelerate outcomes
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across projects, programs, or portfolios
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills: Because much of the work you will do with the Chief of Staff will be in one or both of these programs, mastery of them is a must
Operates effectively in ambiguity, adapts to change, and drives results independently and collaboratively
Fosters a culture of inclusion, respect, and diverse perspectives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy and execution
Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to enhance business processes and maintain a competitive edge.
