Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with transparency and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners
- Develop and execute strategic projects working closely with the business’ Chief of Staff
- Manage end-to-end reinsurance transactions—from assessment through structuring and implementation—focused on pricing optimization, capital efficiency, and transaction effectiveness
- Design and implement structured approaches for strategic planning, execution, and risk management to drive business objectives
- Provide expertise on growth strategies, reinsurance constructs, and transaction mechanics to inform decision-making and execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate challenges and drive strategic success
- Champion business agility by integrating agile practices, streamlining processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration
- Identify and implement process improvements using AI technologies to modernize operations and foster continuous innovation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in retirement-focused financial services preferred; strong preference for annuity and reinsurance experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Skilled in balancing traditional (Waterfall) and modern (Agile) methodologies to accelerate outcomes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across projects, programs, or portfolios
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills: Because much of the work you will do with the Chief of Staff will be in one or both of these programs, mastery of them is a must
- Operates effectively in ambiguity, adapts to change, and drives results independently and collaboratively
- Fosters a culture of inclusion, respect, and diverse perspectives
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
- Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy and execution
