Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for (prospective) SMB clients, providing comprehensive information about the benefits and possibilities of partnering with ProvenExpert
Guide clients throughout the entire customer journey
Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels
Assist clients in using our platform to manage their online reputation
Handle requests and feedback in a structured, solution-oriented, and professional manner
Work closely with internal teams such as Accounting, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales
Develop tailored solutions together with clients
Requirements
Strong understanding of customer-focused communication
Ability to understand and empathize with different requirements and perspectives
Solution-oriented, structured, and reliable working style
Enjoy engaging proactively with clients across multiple channels
Constructive approach to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
Ideally some experience in customer contact, customer service, dialog marketing, sales, or account management
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) is an advantage but not required
