Responsibilities
Partner with the Brand & Content Manager to lead the evolution of our visual identity. You will proactively audit, refine, and scale our brand guidelines to ensure a premium, cohesive experience across all digital and physical touchpoints
Help us architect and organize our first central Brand Hub. You’ll create the templates and libraries that empower the whole company to stay on-brand.
Design beautiful, high-converting landing pages in Figma. You’ll learn how to bridge the gap between "pretty designs" and functional web experiences for our Webflow website.
Execute high-impact assets for social media, digital campaigns, and sales enablement materials that help our team win.
Work alongside our external Webflow developer to see your designs come to life.
Requirements
Highly proficient in Figma for all digital-first design and web layouts (including developer handoff), with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) for photo editing, asset creation, and print-ready collateral.
A portfolio that showcases a clean, modern aesthetic with a focus on digital-first design (web layouts, social content etc.)
You are a "high-agency" thinker. You don't just wait for a task; you notice where our brand could be stronger and suggest creative ways to improve it.
