Responsibilities
- Support for rollout projects
- Installation, relocation and decommissioning of hardware
- Troubleshooting and technical maintenance of hardware and software
- Maintenance through regular inspections, preventive maintenance and updates of hardware and software systems
- Administration of telephony, print management and specialized hardware
- Assistance in incident resolution
- Fault analysis remotely and on-site at customer locations
Requirements
- Vocational training in an IT-related field desirable but not required
- Career changers (m/f/d) welcome
- Class B driving license required
- Experience in logistics is an advantage
- Experience in IMAC/R environments
- Knowledge of Windows administration advantageous
- Experience with Client Management Console desirable
- Willingness to travel
